On Tuesday 19th July, I completed the final 30miles of the total 50mile bike ride.
No injuries but some very sore legs!

Twenty miles in Anna took a dramatic fall from her bike bumping her head and causing various cuts and bruises. She is OK but was unable to continue.
I will be completing the 30miles left, hopefully, on Tuesday 19th July.

Anna and I will be attempting to cycle the distance from Accra to Lake Volta in Ghana, around 50 miles, on the 17th July 2005.
This will be to help raise some of the funds towards the cost of our placement, food, accomodation and flights.
